The processing of personal data is governed by EU General Data protection Act (EU 679/2016, later called “GDPR”) which FRS adheres to.

Finland Relocation Services (FRS) collects, processes, shares and stores their clients’ and customers’ personal data for the purpose of providing relocation and immigration services as well as cultural training and other mobility services. Obtaining this information is required for us to conduct our operations and deliver the service. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Examples of such information includes but is not limited to: name, email-address, phone number, personal identification number, passport information, residence permit information, gender and marital status. A separate consent is required for processing the information of the customers’ underaged children.

We also hold our clients’ and customers’ contact information in our marketing database, and from time to time send updates, newsletters, greetings and invitations to events and seminars organized by FRS.

Personal information is also used to provide our customers responses for their inquiries or process recruitment applications the applicants have consented to on our web site.

We use non-personally identifiable information on our website for improved customer experience.

We only use the information provided to us for the above purposes and do not disclose, rent, share or sell any personally identifiable information outside FRS, except where sharing the information with a third party is needed to provide the ordered service or pursuant to customer’s or client’s consent.

Under limited circumstances the personal information may be disclosed to government offices to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or to cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

This policy may be changed from time to time without notice or consent and the person providing this information agrees to such changes being made.
