An employer brand refers to a company’s reputation in the eyes of current and potential employees – it thus determines a company’s attractiveness as an employer. The customer target audience may also be different from the target audience of the employer brand.

Providing relocation services can help a company attract foreign experts. According to UPM’s Senior HR Specialist Iiris Lukiini, employees considering moving abroad want to know what kind of support they will receive before making the decision.
Many international experts have moved abroad before, so they know how big help relocation services are and, on the other hand, how difficult it is to relocate without them.
